MassDOT All Electronic Tolling Public Hearing Schedule
MassDOT All Electronic Tolling (AET) & Fare Structure Public Hearings Schedule
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is convening public hearings on toll structure changes within the Massachusetts Turnpike, and the Metropolitan Highway System, which includes the Boston tunnels and the Tobin Memorial Bridge. The proposed changes include changes in the toll collection gantry locations and rates through the implementation of all electronic tolling along the Massachusetts Turnpike and the Metropolitan Highway System. Public hearings will be held on the dates and at the locations stated in this notice.
Interested parties will be given an opportunity to present comments orally or in writing at the hearings. In addition, written comments will be accepted for 2 weeks following the hearings, until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2016.

*All public hearings begin at 6:30PM and are scheduled as follows:

Locations are accessible to people with disabilities. MassDOT provides reasonable accommodations and/or language assistance free of charge upon request (including but not limited to interpreters in American Sign Language and languages other than English, open or closed captioning for videos, assistive listening devices and alternate material formats, such as audio tapes, Braille and large print) as available. For more difficult to arrange services including sign language, CART or language translation or interpretation, requests should be made at least ten (10) business days before the hearing.
