The following amendment is proposed for consideration.
The Executive Committee will consist of three standing seats represented by the
· Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission,
· Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce,
· Central Mass Hires.
· Six seats with representation from each of the six subregions
· Two open seats without designation
The Executive Committee is comprised of eleven seats.
The following appointments will be for two years:

2. Paul Dell’Aquilla, Town of Spencer
3. Rosemary Scrivens, Town of Southbridge
4. Peter Hoffman, Town of Berlin
5. John Milas, Webster Dudley Chamber of Commerce

7. Ahn Vu Sawyer, Southeast Asian Coalition
8. Tim Loew, Becker College/Mass DIGI
9. Kevin Shaughnessy, National Grid
10. Jeff Howland, Town of Shrewsbury
