Exploring Regionalization
From animal control to accounting, regionalization can improve services and even create economies of scale that facilitate cost savings. If you’ve selected Regionalization as a Community Compact Best Practice, grant funds could be used to explore opportunities. CMRPC may also be able to tap into District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) funds based on our current workload.

In the past, CMRPC has facilitated formation of shared professional staffing positions, including shared planners, shared inspectional/building commissioners, human resources staffing, and more.
