CMRPC PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B, §6, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Feasibility Study for the Charles Headwaters Greenway, a proposed multi-community greenway corridor through Blackstone, Mendon, and Bellingham, MA. The contract will have a not-to-exceed value of $100,000.

Proposals are due December 30, 2025, by 2:00 PM. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically as described in the RFP. Price proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and delivered to CMRPC, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608.
CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Commission.
