Our Strategy for Your Community

CMRPC Comprehensive Planning team partner with our communities who chose to work with CMRPC on their own vitally important long-range plans. Through this partnership, CMRPC uses innovative online techniques to move the projects forward in meaningful, exciting ways.

Communities recognize the value of a unifying, long-range plan. CMRPC can assist with acquiring matching grant funds from District Local Technical Assistance and the Community Compact Program to make master planning cost-effective for our communities. CMRPC’s team-based, collaborative approach is also key to the successful Master Plan.

Communities can think of CMRPC staff as members of their own customized master planning team, each experienced and committed to making the entire process as easy and effective as possible. To this end, we gather and analyze information presented at a series of public workshops with residents, business owners, and officials. It’s at this point that the effort really takes off. Sure, the data is informative and presentations from CMRPC staff can help set the table discussion.

After consensus on a Master Plan’s Vision, CMRPC ensures that the document will be user-friendly, beautifully designed, and ready to implement by the community.
