The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and Charlton Coalition for Public Health (CCPH) invite proposals from qualified consultants to develop a regional communication plan for the Charlton Coalition for Public Health. The scope of services would include creating a strategic plan, social media content, website templates, printed media, outreach activities, and producing multimedia deliverables suitable for local cable channels, YouTube, and/or social media outlets.
The RFP document is available for collection at the CMRPC office or can be requested by email from Ethan Melad at emelad@cmrpc.org beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 23, 2025. The document will be available until the submission deadline at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2025.
Please note that the CMRPC and CCPH reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Final contract approval will be subject to review and acceptance by CMRPC & CCPH.
