The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide professional Layout Services for Planning Documents. CMRPC seeks to establish a three-year, multiple provider, on call contract by competitively selecting up to three (3) qualified vendors, ranked in order of preference. Work will be assigned using a structured, rank order method.
Beginning February 18th 2026, at 2:00 PM, a digital copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained via email by contacting Mike Maughan-Brown at mmaughanbrown@cmrpc.org. A physical copy of the RFP may be picked up at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608, (508) 756-7717, by appointment. The RFP will be available until the due date specified below.
Completed submittals must be received no later than March 4th, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608.
CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
