Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) invites the submission of sealed proposals for Arts Programming to Build a Healthy Community services for the Towns of Charlton, Douglas, Mendon, Sturbridge, Sutton, and Upton. The RFP will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 30, 2024, at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608, or preferably by email through Ethan Melad at emelad@cmrpc.org.
Sealed Proposals must be marked “Arts Programming Proposal.” Price Proposals must be in a separate sealed envelope and marked “Arts Programming Fee Proposal.” Proposals will be accepted until August 15, 2024 at 10am, and at that time publicly opened and read. The proposal prices shall be valid from 8/15/24 through 12/31/24.
CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and only to award a contract if it is in the best interest of the Commission to do so.
