Request for Qualifications
ADA Consultant Services
CMRPC on behalf of participating Central Massachusetts communities, invites qualifications from consultants to assist in developing municipal ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plans. Services may include program and policy review, facility and site accessibility assessments, digital accessibility review, identification and prioritization of barriers, planning-level cost estimates, public meetings, and preparation of final ADA Plans. The initial anticipated project is for the Town of Rutland, subject to the availability and award of FY2027 Municipal Planning Grant funding from the Massachusetts Office on Disability.
The RFQ will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026, and will remain available through the proposal deadline. Qualifications and separate price proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, in accordance with the submission requirements contained in the RFQ. Responses may be submitted by email to crobichaud@cmrpc.org or delivered to CMRPC at the address above and must be identified as “ADA Consultant Services.”
CMRPC intends to prequalify and rank qualified firms for a period of up to three years. This solicitation may result in multiple contracts as municipal projects are funded. Contract awards and the availability of work are contingent upon grant funding. CMRPC is the awarding authority and reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, when doing so is in the best interests of CMRPC and the participating communities.
