Following Gov. Healey’s signing of the 2024 Climate Act on November 21, 2024, municipalities now have an opportunity to streamline clean energy infrastructure permitting through a new consolidated local process.
This session will cover implementation guidance, application requirements, and practical steps for municipal staff and stakeholders interested in adopting the optional consolidated local permitting bylaw.
