Financial Audit Services (RFP)

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) seeks Proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to provide independent financial audit services. The selected contractor will perform annual financial statement audits, including preparation of financial statements and related schedules, and conduct a Single Audit in accordance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). Services will support CMRPC’s financial reporting requirements across federal, state, and local funding sources.

Beginning June 25, 2026, at 10 am, a digital copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained via email by contacting Connor Robichaud at crobichaud@cmrpc.org.

Proposals must be received no later than July 13th, 2026, at 10 am at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608, in accordance with the submission requirements set forth in the RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposer, taking into consideration price and non-price criteria as set forth in the RFP.

CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, and award in the best interest of the Commission.
