Request for Proposals (RFP) for Senior Transportation Services
The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) invites proposals from qualified bidders for Senior Transportation Services for the Towns of Charlton, Douglas, Mendon, Sturbridge, Sutton, and Upton. The scope of services includes providing free transportation for seniors, persons with disabilities, or other vulnerable populations to medical and vaccination appointments. Services should primarily target residents of Charlton, Douglas, Mendon, Sturbridge, Sutton, and Upton, with minor spillover into residents from other towns acceptable.
The RFP document is available for collection at the CMRPC office or can be requested by email from Connor Robichaud at crobichaud@cmrpc.org beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2024. The document will be available until the submission deadline at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2024.
Please note that the CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Final contract approval will be subject to review and acceptance by CMRPC.
