Senior Transportation Services Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) invites proposals from qualified bidders for Senior Transportation Services. The scope of services includes providing free transportation for seniors, persons with disabilities, or other vulnerable populations to medical and vaccination appointments, with rides for social trips also being allowable. Services should primarily target residents of Charlton, Douglas, Mendon, Sturbridge, Sutton, and Upton, with minor spillover into residents from other towns being acceptable. CMRPC has up to $25,000 available for this project through a grant from the Rural Vaccine Equity Initiative.


The RFP document is available for collection at the CMRPC office or can be requested by email from Connor Robichaud crobichaud@cmrpc.org beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2025. The document will be available until the submission deadline at 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2025.


Please note that the CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Final contract approval will be subject to review and acceptance by CMRPC.
