The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), on behalf of the Wachusett Regional School District (WRSD), is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a facilities assessment of school buildings in the district. The assessment will provide a high-level review of facility conditions and help inform future investment priorities.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available beginning February 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608, or, preferably, electronically by request via Connor Robichaud at crobichaud@cmrpc.org
Sealed proposals must be clearly marked: “WRSD Facilities Assessment Proposal” for the non-price proposal. “WRSD Facilities Assessment Fee Proposal” for the price proposal (submitted separately).
Proposals are due no later than March 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the CMRPC office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B, and CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it is in the best interest of the Commission to do so.
