2025 Regional Auctioneer Procurement

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), on behalf of participating Central Massachusetts communities, seeks proposals from qualified bidders for real estate auctioneer services for town owned property including properties acquired through tax title foreclosure (“Tax Possession Properties”) pursuant to Chapter 60 MGL and other town owned properties. CMRPC will select the responsible, responsive bidder offering the most advantageous proposal. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available beginning 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2025 at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608 or preferably by email through Ethan Melad at emlad@cmrpc.org. The Proposals are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025 at the CMRPC offices at 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608. CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to only award a contract if it is in the best interest of our Towns to do so.
