The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Regional Housing and Transportation Study. The study will assess housing affordability, accessibility, and transportation linkages in Central Massachusetts, providing policy recommendations and implementation strategies to support regional growth and mobility. The maximum project budget is $200,000.
The RFP may be obtained from CMRPC by email at (Jhollinger@cmrpc.org) on or after March 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 14, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
