This support is instrumental in advancing sustainable and community-focused housing development. The Coordinator also plays a pivotal role in assisting Affordable Housing Trusts and Community Preservation Committees, offering guidance and resources to ensure their effective operation.
In Fiscal Year 2024, the towns of Auburn, Berlin, Grafton, Shrewsbury, and Mendon benefit from this service. This program exemplifies our commitment to promoting affordable, inclusive, and well-planned housing solutions across the region, addressing the unique needs of each community we serve.
